Honey Chili Potatoes
Cut 500 grams of potatoes long and mix them in 3 tablespoons cornflour and 3 tablespoons refined flour. Let them sit for 15 minutes and then fry them in oil. In a bowl, mix 1 tsp red chilli sauce, half a tsp vinegar, half a tsp honey and half a tsp soy sauce and keep aside. Heat some oil in the pan. Then add a little bit of chopped garlic to it. Add the prepared sauce mixture and potatoes to the pan. Cook them for 1-2 minutes and garnish with some sesame seeds and chopped green onions and serve hot.

Cut 300 grams of potatoes in the same thickness wedges. In a bowl, mix a quarter cup of olive oil, 2-3 minced cloves of garlic, half a teaspoon onion powder, a pinch of salt, a quarter teaspoon of black pepper powder and 1 teaspoon paprika. Pour this prepared mixture on the potato wedges and mix well. Place the potatoes on a baking tray and bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes. And then serve hot.
