In this study, 242 men and women aged 30 to 70 years were included. All the people involved in the study were those whose body weight was much higher than normal and who came under the category of obes. These people were divided into two groups and in this process which lasted for 12 weeks, separate diets were determined for both the groups. One group was given food made from refined wheat (such as bread, cookies, pancakes, etc.), which is the staple food of the majority of people in Sweden and also in India. In the second group, refined wheat was completely banned in the diet and they were given food mainly made from rye and whole grain. No food can be made entirely of mustard, but rye was its major and major ingredient.
After 12 weeks, when the weight of the people of both the groups was measured, it was found that the group who ate refined wheat i.e. wheat in the meal, their weight was already increased. On the other hand, the weight of people in the group who consumed rye was reduced.
To be honest, this is such an experiment, which you can try yourself on yourself. All you have to do is stop eating wheat or any cereal containing gluten completely for two months. After two months the machine itself will put the result in front of you. Food is not bad, but gluten-containing and refined food is very harmful for health and is one of the main reasons for obesity.
