Sweet potato chaat is a sweet and spicy chaat. Pomegranate and fresh green coriander are poured over it. You can enjoy this chaat in any season. Sweet Potato Chaat Ingredients
- Sliced, boiled, peeled sweet potato – 300 grams
- Chaat masala powder – 1 tsp
- Black salt – as required
- Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
- pomegranate seeds
- Powdered sugar – 3/4 tsp
- Tamarind chutney – 3 tbsp
- chopped coriander
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Step – 1 Put sweet potato in a bowl
To make this chaat, boil the sweet potato and peel it. After this take a bowl. Add sweet potato and cumin powder, salt, chaat masala, black salt and sugar to it. Mix everything well.
Step – 2 Add tamarind chutney
When the sweet potato powder mixes well with the spices, add it to the tamarind chutney. Mix it well.
Step – 3 Garnishing with pomegranate seeds
Now put the prepared chaat in a serving bowl and put pomegranate seeds on top.
Step – 4 Your sweet potato chaat is ready to be served.
Add lemon juice and fresh chopped coriander to it. Shake it a little. This is how sweet potato chaat will be ready.
