Skin Care Tips: 4 easy and home remedies to get rid of unwanted facial hair

Skincare Tips: To remove unwanted facial hair, women often resort to threading, bleach, cream or other remedies. Although, it clears the hair, but sometimes these methods are painful and expensive too. In such a situation, you can also try many home remedies.

Uneven skin tone, dead skin cells, dark spots and facial hair are all reasons that can cause your skin to lose its glow. Some facial hair is coarse and grows faster than others (unwanted facial hair). In such a situation, there is a problem in taking care of the skin and using makeup products.

Threading, waxing and laser treatments are all options for removing unwanted hair. But these treatments are quite expensive and last for some time. In such a situation, you can try home remedies using some natural ingredients.

Home remedies to get rid of unwanted hair

Papaya and Turmeric

Papaya contains an enzyme called papain, which is known to help remove facial hair, and turmeric makes the skin healthy and glowing. Cut a piece of papaya into small pieces and mash them together to make a paste, then add half a teaspoon of turmeric to it. Mix well and apply only on those places where unwanted hair has grown. Leave them on for 15-20 minutes. Massage for few minutes. After that wash thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use this home remedy to remove facial hair twice a week.

Gelatin and Milk

Gelatin can be used as a home remedy to remove facial hair. A mask made of gelatin and milk is also effective in removing thick facial hair. Add 3 tablespoons of milk, a teaspoon of unsweetened gelatin powder, and a few drops of lemon juice. Microwave it for 15-20 seconds and mix well. After that apply it evenly on your face. Remove it after drying for a few minutes.

Oatmeal and Banana

This combination is not only delicious for breakfast, but it also works as a natural remedy for facial hair removal. Oatmeal’s grainy texture makes it a great exfoliator to remove dead skin cells and facial hair. Take 2 tbsp oatmeal, 1 ripe banana. Massage the skin in circular motions. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes before washing it off with water. You can use it at least once a week.

Sugar and lemon can also be used to remove unwanted facial hair. To make a granular paste, mix sugar, lemon juice and a little water in a bowl. It can be used either cold or slightly heated until it becomes a sticky paste. Apply a thin layer on unwanted facial hair, massage for a few minutes and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. After that wash thoroughly with lukewarm water.
