However, those who believed in going out and used to eat outside for a long time or try some Chinese or any other dish in the evening, it is completely closed but if you want, you can eat Continental at your home. Along with this, you can cook many great dishes and spend a better time with your family. The dish we are going to talk about today is actually from Vietnam but it is quite famous in India too.

One such delicious dish is Pho. It is a Vietnamese soup dish made with rice noodles or banh pho noodles, meat, herbs and broth.
For aromatic things, heat a wok and cut 2 onions in half and add 100 grams of chopped ginger and cook till they burn. Lightly roast 10 star fennel seeds, 4 cardamom pods, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 2 cloves and 4 cinnamon sticks on a griddle and keep aside.
Heat some water in a pot and let it come to a boil. After this, add spices and aromatics to the pot along with a little salt to taste and 1 tbsp of sugar. Now add 1 kg meat bones to the meat you are using. Beef is traditionally used in pho, but you can use any protein like chicken, pork, etc. Boil for 3 hours and strain the broth.
Take 200 grams thin rice noodles and soak them in water for 1 hour. Then take water in a vessel and cook the noodles in water for 1 minute. Strain the water and keep it aside.
To assemble, divide the noodles into 4 serving bowls. Start by topping the noodles with chopped cilantro and green onions. Then pour the broth on top. Stir these and let it sit for a few minutes.
Serve pho with bean sprouts, basil, lime wedges and hoisin sauce.
