Paneer Roll Recipe

  • Potato – 2 cups
  • Raisins – 50 grams
  • Green chili – 4
  • Ghee – 1 1/2 cups
  • Paneer – 2 cups
  • rock salt as required
  • Nutmeg – 1 dash
  • Green cardamom – 1 handful ground

Step – 1 Put the potatoes to boil

To prepare this delicious snack, first boil the potatoes. After cooking, take out the potatoes and take them out in a bowl.

Step – 2 Mix potatoes and paneer with spices

Put paneer and green chilies in a bowl along with potatoes. Mix the ingredients together. Add rock salt, raisins, black pepper, cardamom powder and nutmeg to the prepared mixture. Mix all the ingredients very well.

Step – 3 Knead the dough and prepare it

Once the ingredients are completely bound together, knead into a dough of the mixture. Make small balls out of this dough and prepare it.

Step – 4 Fry the Rolls

Lastly, heat ghee in a pan and fry the rolls in it. Fry the rolls till they turn golden brown.
