Kulla ki chaat
This chaat is prepared from seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables. To make this, potatoes, chickpeas, salt, rock salt, black chaat masala, ginger, small green chillies, pomegranate seeds, lemon juice are required. For this, peel boiled potatoes and cut them into two halves. After that, take out the potato from inside. Make it like a bowl. After this, add all the other ingredients in it. This way the chapati kulle chaat will be ready.
This chutney is prepared from mangoes. It tastes sweet and spicy. To make it, you will need 1 grated mango, oil, fenugreek seeds, cumin, fennel, asafoetida, mango, salt, turmeric, jaggery, water, red chili powder, cloves, ginger powder. Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and asafoetida. After frying, add mango to it. After this, add salt and powdered jaggery to it. Mix it well. Add water to it. After this add red chilli, cloves and ginger powder and mix well. Serve after cooking 1 to 2 minutes.
Matka me kulfi
In summer, Kulfi is eaten with pleasure. Matka Malai Kulfi is liked by most people. Let’s know how you can prepare it at home. For this, you will need 2 cups milk, 1 cup cream, 1 cup condensed milk, cardamom, mix dry fruit and soaked saffron in milk. Pour milk in a vessel. Let it cook on medium heat. After this, add cream into it and mix it well. keep it moving. Then add condensed milk and mix it well. After this add saffron, cardamom and dry fruits. Mix it well and cook till the third part remains. After that let it cool down. Put in the mats and keep it in the fridge for overnight. Garnish this matka malai kulfi with dry fruits and serve.
Eating bell syrup in summer is beneficial for health. To make it, 1 to 2 vine fruits, salt, sugar, black salt and roasted cumin will be required. Wash and chop the fruit and remove the pulp. After this, pour water in a vessel and put the pulp in it. Stir it till the pulp and water begin to form. Sieve it after this. Add all the ingredients and cold water or ice to it. After this, it can be served.
