Moong Dal Ke Laddu is a classic laddu version which is loved by people of all ages. These delicious laddus are really a treat for the taste buds.
To make these laddoos, you only need three ingredients – moong dal, ghee and sugar. You can add nuts of your choice like almonds, cashews, pistachios to make the laddus delicious.

Ingredients of Moong Dal Ladoo
1 cup yellow moong dal
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup ghee
as needed Pistachios
How to make Moong Dal Ladoo
Step 1- Fry the lentils
Put lentils in a pan. Keep it on medium flame and fry it for 10-12 minutes till it turns golden brown.
Step 2- Blend to make powder
Allow the roasted dal to cool completely and put it in the blender. Blend to make a thick powder.
Step 3- Prepare its dough
Now put lentil powder with ghee in a pan. Mix continuously and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, take it out in a plate and keep it to cool down.
Step 4- Add sugar
Now take out the prepared dough in a vessel. Add sugar and mix well and knead the final dough.
Step 5- Make laddus and serve
Break small balls out of the dough and make small laddus. Serve by pressing a pistachio on each laddu.
You can also add jaggery instead of sugar to make them healthier.
Add nuts of your choice like almonds and cashews.
