First of all, add buckwheat flour, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl and mix it well. Now slowly add water to it and make a thick batter. After this add potato slices, chopped green chilies and green coriander and mix everything well. Now put oil in a pan and keep it for heating. After the oil is hot, add the dumplings and fry them from both the sides. After this take out the dumplings in a plate on the tissue paper so that the extra oil gets absorbed by the tissue paper. After this, serve hot dumplings with curd.
