Carrot Barfi

Most of the people like sweet food. But it is advisable to eat sweets in moderation or in moderation because there is a risk of developing diabetes. In fact, carrots are fat-free as well as rich in antioxidant properties and are rich in nutrients like iron, multivitamins, potassium, carotenoids, dietary fiber. Therefore, it is considered beneficial in removing all the problems related to health. At the same time, when its barfi is prepared, then mawa, maida and refined sugar are not used in it. Because of this, there is no need to hesitate too much in eating it. It is very healthy in terms of health. So if you are fond of sweets then you can easily prepare Gajar ki Barfi at home. Know its recipe.

Stuff

Half a kilo of carrots, half a cup of brown sugar, quarter cup corn flour, water as required, two spoons of desi ghee and two spoons of grated coconut.

how to make

First of all, wash the carrot and cut it into thin long pieces and keep it in a mesh vessel. The pot should be big enough that it can go inside the cooker. Now fill water in the cooker and put this mesh vessel inside. Close the cooker and let two whistles come. When the carrot becomes soft, take it out and let it cool.

After cooling, put it in a mixer and grind it finely and filter it through a sieve. Now add powdered brown sugar, corn flour and a little water and mix it well. Let the paste become smooth. When the paste becomes very smooth, then put the wok on the gas and add ghee to it. After that add this paste. Keep frying till this paste starts leaving the pan.

After this, spread ghee in a plate as a thick layer and let it cool down. Keep this plate in the fridge for two hours. This will set the paste well. Now cut it into desired shape and size and wrap this barfi in grated coconut. Carrot ki Super Tasty Barfi is ready. Whenever you want, eat it with passion and also feed it to the guests who come home.
