- Garlic – 6 cloves (finely chopped)
- Red chili – 10 (finely chopped)
- Rice Vinegar – cup
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Sesame oil – 3 tbsp
To make chili garlic sauce, put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it to make a smooth paste.
