Hair fall is a common problem. Many times the hair falls a lot while combing and after washing the hair which is quite scary. This problem is faced more in monsoon. Excess moisture in the air weakens the hair follicles. It also causes frizzy hair and causes hair fall. You can adopt some easy home remedies to stop hair fall in monsoon.

Onion juice and coconut oil Take two medium sized onions. Grate them and extract their juice. Take out the juice of onion in a bowl. Add two tablespoons of coconut oil to it and mix. Apply it on hair and scalp. Massage well with light hands for a few minutes. Wash your head with a mild shampoo after 30-40 minutes. You can repeat this twice to reduce hair fall in monsoon.

Amla and Olive Oil – Make a hair mask by mixing sufficient amount of olive oil in 1-2 teaspoons of amla powder. Apply it all over the scalp and hair and massage with light hands for some time. Leave it on for 30-40 minutes and then, use a mild shampoo to wash it off. You can use it 2 times a week.

Coconut oil and camphor Heat coconut oil in a bowl. Grind two pieces of camphor and put it in the oil. Stir until the powder dissolves completely. Remove the oil from the flame and wait till it cools down a bit. Apply this mixture on the scalp and hair from root to tip. Massage gently with your fingers. Let it stay for another 30 minutes. Wash off with a mild shampoo and repeat it twice a week to prevent hair fall in monsoons.

Curry leaves paste Take some fresh curry leaves and put them in a blender. Make a smooth paste by adding some water. Apply curry leaf paste all over the scalp and massage gently with fingertips. Leave it on for 40-45 minutes. After that use a mild shampoo to wash it off. You can use it 2-3 times a week.
