Stuffed capsicum recipe is very easy to make. It is very beneficial for your health. Apart from this, it is also better in taste.

Stuffed Capsicum

There are many types of capsicum. It can have different benefits in different colors, but it has many recipes which are very easy to make and very tasty to eat. If you eat it once, then you will like to eat its dishes again and again. It is very nutritious and very good for health. There are many benefits of eating it too.

Capsicum is a vegetable that has many health benefits, be it improving metabolism or keeping the heart healthy. Stuffed capsicum or capsicum is one such dish that can be prepared in many ways. This dish includes bell peppers that are filled with a variety of sentiments that can include lots of vegetables, rice, sauce, cheese, or even meat.

You can make it any way you want to make it, but just one thing you have to keep in mind that whatever ingredients are used in order to make it, their quantity is completely correct, otherwise your recipe will be ready. Even after that it will not taste delicious and will not be good in terms of health either.

Then these capsicums are cooked or baked. So we bring you a quick recipe to make Indian Style Stuffed Capsicum at home in just 4 easy steps.

step 1

To make the stuffing, heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Now add 1 onion finely chopped and 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste. Fry till the rawness goes away.

Step 2

Add tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder and salt as per taste.

Step 3

Now add tsp garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp amchur powder and 1 cup grated paneer. After this, add 2 cups boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes in the pan.

Step 4

Take 3-4 capsicums and cut them in half. Hollow out the seeds and take them out. Fill 2 tbsp in the prepared mixture and fry it in oil. Once they become soft, remove them from the flame. Add grated mozzarella cheese on top and serve.

By adopting these easy steps, you can prepare a good dish at home in a very short time, which will be liked by everyone.
