Ingredients: 3 tsp urad dal, 1 tbsp filled rice flour, 3 tbsp butter, 1 tsp red chilli powder, half tsp whole cumin, half tsp white or black sesame, 2 tsp asafoetida, 2 tsp ginger- Garlic paste, salt as per taste, olive oil for frying and Chakli maker for making.
Prepare like this
Firstly fry urad dal in a pan on low heat. After this, make rice flour and other ingredients in this dal. Then knead it like a flour. After this, break the dough into large sized dough and put it in the Chakli maker. After this, keep olive oil in the pan to heat. When the oil is hot, press the Chakli maker. On pressing, the dough will come out like a ring.
Fry these flour rings until they turn light golden. After that take them out in a plate. Homemade healthy crisps are ready. Now pour chaat masala on top of them and serve. If you want, you can also eat them as a snack with tea and store it in an air tight container. Whenever you or any family member wants to eat crispy, you can easily prepare it.
