Harry Styles has launched a “dream wardrobe” assortment with Gucci, together with £500 T-shirts, a £310 printed tie, and a denim jacket and trouser swimsuit that quantities to £3,550.
Fans of the pop star took to social media to lament the costs of things within the assortment, notably a US$750 (£500) black T-shirt that includes bunnies and the phrases: “You’ve got my devotion.”
The HA HA HA mission is the results of the friendship between Styles and Gucci artistic director Alessandro Michele.
Styles beforehand starred within the Italian luxurious vogue home’s Autumn 2018 and Beloved bag campaigns, and incessantly wears Gucci on the pink carpet.
One fan wrote: “Harry Styles’ Gucci collection [is] called HA HA HA because we laugh when we saw the price and realised that we’re too poor to buy it.”
Another stated: “Looking at the Gucci HA HA HA collection as if I can afford a US$7,000 purse.”
“Harry Styles Gucci HA HA HA is laughing about how broke I am,” a 3rd added.
Others joked that they might require a “sugar daddy” to assist them afford any piece of clothes from the Harry’s House singer.
Styles’ followers have beforehand lambasted the singer for costly ticket costs to his reveals.
In September, followers noticed ticket costs for his Love On Tour reveals surge attributable to Ticketmaster’s dynamic pricing characteristic, which pushed platinum tickets near a median of £330.
According to Gucci, the gathering “uses menswear as a tool of the avant-garde” and showcases an “eccentric use of romantic accents, whimsical prints, vintage details, and the expressive emotionality of the individual”.
In 2020, Styles turned the primary man to look solo on the duvet of US Vogue. For the duvet shoot, he wore a pale blue lace Gucci ballgown.
The 12 months prior, he was praised for sporting an all-black customized Gucci design to the Met Gala, that includes a sheer shirt with ruffles and lace, rings, a drop earring and painted nails.
He attended the Gala, which was themed Camp: Notes On Fashion, alongside Michele.
