One cup wheat flour, one cup powdered sugar, quarter cup desi ghee, 100 grams gum, 10 to 12 cashews, two teaspoons of melon seeds, quarter teaspoon cardamom powder.

First of all, take out the gum in a plate and keep it in strong sunlight for some time, so that the moisture inside it completely disappears. After this break the gum into fine pieces. Cut cashew nuts into pieces.
Now put some ghee in the pan and heat it. Add little gum to it and fry it. After putting the gum in ghee, it will swell like popcorn. Fry the gum on very low flame so that it gets fried well from inside.
To check whether the gum is fried well or not, keep a piece of fried gum on your hand and press it with your hands. If it turns into powder, then it is understood that it is well synced.
When all the gum is fried, take it out in a plate and add flour to the remaining ghee. Fry it like panjiri. Let it be golden. After roasting the flour, take it out in a plate and add melon seeds in the same pan and fry them lightly.
Now grind the gum finely with the help of a rolling pin. After this mix all the ingredients including gum in the roasted flour. Now mix all these things well and make lemon sized round laddus from this mixture. Make laddoos as soon as the mixture is slightly hot, otherwise it starts to disintegrate. If needed, you can add some melted ghee.
suggestion : If you want, instead of boora, you can prepare laddus by putting all the ingredients in sugar syrup. But only half a cup of ghee will be enough in it. Laddus made from sugar syrup are easily tied.
