To avoid this, it is very important to de-tan the hands and feet. Know here how to protect hands and feet from tanning and de-tan.

1. Just as you cover your face with a stole to protect it from the effects of strong sunlight, keep your hands and feet covered as well. Avoid foot sleepers. If you have to wear sandals or sleepers too, then wear skin color stockings. These are very light socks, which are helpful in protecting your skin from the sun in summer. At the same time, cover your hands with gloves and go out in the sun wearing full-sleeved clothes.

2. Choose a sunscreen with high SPF in summers. Half an hour before leaving the house, apply two coats of it on the hands, feet and face. After that cover the body. Due to this, the harmful rays of the sun will not be able to harm your skin directly.

De-tan such skin

1. If your skin has been tanned, then there is no need to spend expensive money in a parlor to de-tan it. Mix one teaspoon gram flour and half teaspoon lemon juice in half a cup of curd and massage the affected area with light hands and leave it for half an hour. After that clean it with water and apply moisturizer. Repeat this sequence twice a week. You will get a lot of benefits.

2. The acidic element present in lemon reduces the melanin in the skin. On the other hand, potatoes contain an enzyme called catecholase, which reduces the darkening of the skin. In such a situation, take out the juice of a medium sized potato and mix the juice of one lemon in it. After massaging lightly, leave it on for 20 minutes. After that clean it with normal water. This can also be repeated twice a week.
