7. Lack of sleep causes stress. So take full sleep of 8 hours and do meditation to avoid stress.
8. Our diet also affects the health of the hair. You should regularly include salads, fruits, juices, green vegetables, curd, buttermilk, sprouted grains etc. in your diet and avoid eating excessively fried and junk food.
9. Keep yourself well hydrated and drink plenty of water. If this is happening due to any problem like thyroid, then consult a specialist.
