Baked Pakora Recipe
- Carrot – 1
- small potato – 1
- Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves – 4 tbsp
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
- Onion – 1
- Besan – 1 cup
- salt as required
- Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
- Dried mango powder – 1/2 tsp
Step – 1 Grate the vegetables
To make Baked Pakoras at home, first peel the carrots and potatoes and grate them. Cut the onion into fine pieces. Put all these vegetables in a bowl, add salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, amchur and carom seeds.
Step – 2 Prepare the Mixture
Now add gram flour along with some water in it. Mix well to make a thick mixture. Do not add too much water, as the mixture should be thick and not runny. Lastly add green coriander and mix all the things together.
Step – 3 Bake the Pakoras
Now place paper on a baking tray and take out small pakoras from the mixture. Keep them on paper. Bake them in the oven at 200 degree Celsius for 20-25 minutes or till they become crispy.
Step – 4 Ready to Serve
