Baked chicken dish is easy to make and can be paired with many things. Rosemary chicken is a delight with pan-seared chicken breast covered with chopped garlic and herbs, which is then baked to seal the flavor.

Simply sauté the chicken breasts in butter or oil and season them with salt and pepper. Then transfer to a baking dish with the chopped garlic, minced rosemary, chicken broth, and melted butter.
Let it bake in the oven till it becomes golden, juicy and tender. Take broth from the bottom of the chicken and pour the flavorful juice over it.
For the best rosemary chicken, it is recommended that you use fresh rosemary as it will give you a detailed and fresh taste.
However, if you want to eat then you can use dry rosemary. For every tablespoon you use fresh rosemary, add 1 teaspoon of dry rosemary.
Chicken breast is used in this recipe as they are nutritionally dense and tasty.
If you prefer other, juicier parts like chicken thai, drumsticks or even other meats like mutton or pork, you can replace it with minor changes to other ingredients of the dish.
Ingredients of Rosemary Chicken

1 kg chicken breast
2 tbsp rosemary
3 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
as needed black pepper
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon parsley
salt as required

as required Rosemary leaves
2 lemon slices
How to make Rosemary Chicken?
Step 1- Wash and Season the Skinless Chicken Breast
Wash skinless chicken breasts and season them well with salt and pepper on both sides. Place a large pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil and deep-fry until golden brown on both sides, 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 2- Preheat the Oven and Place the Chicken in a Tray
Preheat the oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and transfer the chicken to a tray.
Step 3- Make the Dressing for the Chicken
Prepare dressing with rosemary, garlic, chicken broth, lemon juice and parsley. Cover the chicken well with this mixture.
Step 4- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25 minutes
Bake the chicken for 25 minutes. This time may vary according to the thickness of your chicken breast. When it is cooked, scrape the sauce from the bottom of the chicken and spread it on it. Sprinkle with more parsley and garnish with rosemary sprigs and lemon slices.
Tips
You can also bake vegetables like capsicum and tomato. They totally go with it.
If you like savory things, you can sprinkle grated cheese on top of the chicken before baking.
Keep in mind that you do not add too much rosemary to it, otherwise it will spoil the taste of this dish.
