In a bowl, mix 500 grams of boneless chicken, half a cup of cornstarch, 2 egg whites and half a teaspoon of salt. Mix well to coat the chicken pieces evenly. Allow the chicken to sit for 15-20 minutes to observe.
To make the sauce, add ½ cup sugar, ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup apple cider vinegar, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and a quarter cup of tomato ketchup.
Heat some oil in a pan and when it becomes very hot, then add the chicken pieces. Fry the pieces for 1 minute on each side to get brown and crisp. Do not overcook the chicken as it may dry and dry it.
Coarsely chop 1 tsp of grated ginger, 1 red bell pepper, cut 1 yellow vine into chunks, cut 1 medium sized onion into chunks and cut 1 cup pineapple pieces into the same portion in which You cooked the chicken.
