36 Summer Skin Care & Hair Care Guide

The winds have changed, the hot winds have knocked. So why not take care of your beauty with the changing weather. Follow the summer skin care routine. how? Try the tips mentioned in this summer care guide.

Summer Skin Care

– Take a bath twice a day. This will keep your skin away from the smell of sweat and dirt, which is most important for the beauty of the skin.

For soft, soft silk skin try this nourishing bath- Mix 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp almond oil and half a tsp malt vinegar and apply it on the skin before bathing.

– To protect the skin from the sun’s harmful rays, use sunscreen containing SPF 15 to 30.

– Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day. This will not dehydrate your skin and the skin will get nourishment from inside.

– If your skin is scorched by the strong rays of the sun, then apply aloe vera gel or aloe vera lotion. It provides coolness to the skin and cures sunburn quickly.

– Splash cold water on the face several times a day. This will relieve the stickiness of the face and make the skin breathe better.

– To keep beautiful glow in the eyes and to keep them from burning, keep a pack of cucumber or cotton swab soaked in rose water for 10-15 minutes on the eyes.

To make dry skin soft and soft, use natural fruits, such as citrus fruits, peaches, walnuts and nuts.

– If your skin is more dry, then olive oil and glycerin can also be applied.

– Apply face pack made of rose water, glycerin and olive oil on the face, it is very effective.

– If your skin is of normal or combination type, then prepare a paste by adding half a tablespoon of multani mitti, half a teaspoon of sandalwood powder, 2 tablespoons of rose water, a little milk and a pinch of saffron and refrigerate it in the refrigerator. Apply it on the face for 15-20 minutes. Wash face later.

– If you have dry skin, do not put multani mitti in the pack mentioned above.

For oily skin, prepare a pack by mixing orange or cucumber pulp in a tablespoon multani mitti. Leave it on the face for 15-20 minutes and then wash it with cold water.

– Take a bath with milk once a week. Take lukewarm water in the bath tub and add a cup of milk, two teaspoons of almond oil and half a teaspoon of orange to it. Keep your body in it for 15 minutes
Keep immersed.

– Grind pear, apple, orange, strawberry and grapes together and make a paste. First apply a layer of honey on the face, then apply this paste. Wash after 20 minutes. Beautiful and natural glow will come on the face.

– Mixed orange peel powder in curd and facial
Apply to the spots. After 15 minutes, wash off with cold water.

Summer cool face pack

Skin Glow Tonic
Ingredients: 1/4 cup watermelon juice, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup carrot juice, 2 drops lemon juice, 1 tsp honey.
Method: Mix all the ingredients and fill them in a bottle and keep them in the fridge. Apply on the entire face and neck. When dry, apply second, then third coat. Wash face with lukewarm water, then splash with cold water. By this, the skin will get the necessary vitamins, which will immediately show glow in the skin and will also feel freshness.

Sunburn pack
Ingredients: 2 tsp thick curd, 4 tsp watermelon juice, 6 tsp soaked almond paste.
Method: Mix all the ingredients and after returning from the sun, immediately apply this face mask on the face and throat. This enhances the complexion of the skin and suntan is also removed.
– Remove fresh gel of aloe vera and apply it where the sun is burnt. Wash your face after some time.
– Apply rose water or cucumber juice on the face. It also relieves scorched skin from the sun and gives a skin tone. Put it in the fridge and cool it before use.

Refreshing eye pack
Ingredients: a little watermelon pulp, 2 tsp cucumber juice.
Method: In summer, the eyes turn red and they start burning. For this, apply watermelon pulp on the eyes daily or keep slices of watermelon on the eyes for five minutes. Or you can also apply cucumber juice. This will cool the eyes.

Skin Summer Cooler
Ingredients: half cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup watermelon pulp, 1/4 cup grated cucumber.
Method: Mix all the ingredients and apply a thick layer on the face. Wash face after 10 minutes. This will make the skin look fresh. Apart from this, for those people who get rash or rashes on the face from the heat, this cooler is also beneficial.

To sunburn
– Mix curd, watermelon juice and almond paste and apply it on the face.
– Apply Fresh Aloe Vera gel to the place where the sun burns.
– Apply rose water or cucumber juice on the face.
– Add oatmeal, watermelon pulp and grated cucumber.

Summer Hair Care

First of all, take care of the cleanliness of the hair, otherwise in summer, the hair becomes sticky and dirty due to sweat and problems related to hair start.
Hair hair must be used. This will make the hair look healthy and shiny.

– Avoid using too much conditioner. Wash hair three times a week with a mild shampoo.

While going out, try to make sure that your hair is covered so that the ultraviolet rays of the needle do not harm your hair.

As far as possible try not to keep the hair open. Make a top hairstyle or make a ponytail.

– Wash the hair at least 3 times a week, so that there is no stickiness in the hair. If you have oily hair, then you can wash your hair every other day.

– Put lemon juice in the hair roots and keep it for 20 minutes and then wash the hair with cold water. This is the best way to remove dandruff. It also brings coolness to the head.

– Applying Indian gooseberry in the head also enhances the beauty of hair.
Comb the hair frequently, this will cause dirt and dirt to fall into the hair.

– Excess use of shampoo makes hair dry, so use good quality shampoo.

Whisk the lemon juice and an egg in a mehndi and make a pack and apply it on the head, it not only enhances the shine of the hair, but also provides coolness.

– Wash hair neither with hot water nor with very cold water.

– Make pony or French knots of hair, it will also keep the hair manageable and will not be spoiled by sweat.
