    The World Health Organization (WHO) has given five things to keep the heart healthy.  The organization says, if you want to keep the heart healthy, then increase the amount of fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts and whole grains in the diet.  Cut down on excess salt, oil and processed food.  Do physical activity for at least 2.5 hours a week and control the increasing weight.  Keep away from tobacco and alcohol.  Keep checking your blood pressure and blood sugar.  Try to keep it simple.
