Indian Railways is going to bring Vande Metro train after Vande Bharat train. Union Railway and Communications Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has told about this. He has told that the Railways is manufacturing Vande Metro trains, which will replace the old trains designed in the 1950s and 1960s. The minister informed that these Vande Metro trains will be manufactured in large numbers across the country. They will be used in place of 1950 and 1960 design trains.
Design will be done in the country itself
These Vande Metro trains will be designed and developed in India. They will be started in the year 2023. The minister mentioned that the new trains will benefit the middle and lower strata of the population. Because upper class people are not the center of Vande Metro train. The Railway Minister further said that rich people can take care of themselves. He said that the central government, especially Prime Minister Narendra Modi, focuses on the lower and middle income sections of the population, who cannot spend much.
Vaishnav said that the Prime Minister wants to bring a big change in the life of every Indian. Vaishnav has mentioned that Indian engineers will design Vande Metro like Vande Bharat trains.
