When a customer does a transaction, he needs to enter his UPI PIN?
UPI PIN is a 4-6 digit pass code generated/set on first time registration with Mobile App/IVR/other channel. You will need to enter this UPI-PIN to authorize all bank transactions. Do not share your UPI-PIN with anyone.
How to set UPI PIN on UPI 123Pay using feature phone?
- Dial IVR number.
- Select a language.
- Select to register your bank account.
- Enter debit card information.
- Enter UPI PIN.
How to change or reset UPI PIN using a feature phone?
- Dial IVR number.
- Go to Settings.
- Select the registered mobile number.
- Enter your current UPI PIN twice, followed by your new UPI PIN.
- The UPI PIN has now been changed successfully.
What is the UPI payment limit per transaction on UPI 123pay from feature phone?
A maximum transaction of Rs 5,000 can be done at a time.
