- First of all, by typing ‘Hi’, you can send it to 8976862090 through WhatsApp.
- Then, you will get 11 options to choose from. To select a service, reply with the option number in the chat. For example, if you want to know when your LIC policy premium is due and how much premium is to be paid, then send 1.

Policyholders who have registered their policies on the LIC portal can avail the following services on WhatsApp:
- Can know how much premium is due.
- You can get bonus information.
- Can know the status of the policy.
- You can get quotation regarding loan eligibility.

Apart from this, let us tell you that the Life Insurance Corporation of India or LIC has launched a special revival campaign to revive the expired life insurance policy. This campaign will run from 1 February to 24 March 2023. This is for all those policies which lapsed during the premium paying term but did not complete the term of the policy.
According to LIC’s tweet, you have a chance to revive your lapsed LIC policy, they have been exempted from late fees between the period 1 February 2023 to 24 March 2023. A rebate of 25 per cent has been given in the late fee on premiums up to Rs 1 lakh. At the same time, in the case of premium up to Rs 3 lakh, there will be a discount of 25 percent in the late fee.
