Exhale through the mouth, opening the eyes as much as possible. Open your mouth wide, keep your tongue towards your chin. Open your hands, spread your fingers and lock your elbows. Wait for 5 seconds. Repeat 3 times.

Virabhadrasana – Take your feet back together and extend your right leg, opening your hips. Keeping the right foot forward, keep it between your hands. Keep the left heel on the ground and bend the left toes slightly forward, aligning your right heel with your left arch the length of your foot with the feet.
Urdhva Dhanurasana – Keep your hands and feet on the ground. Bend your knees, keep your feet parallel to each other hip-width apart and lay flat on the floor. Bring your hands on the floor near your ears, palms down and fingers towards your shoulders and your elbows towards the sky. While rising up, keep the feet parallel and do not let the knees bend to the side. Press evenly into your hands and feet, straightening elbows and keeping shoulders over wrists.
