High BP which in medical language is hypertension (Hypertension), it is a problem that can put a person at risk of stroke and heart attack. In such a situation, most experts advise patients suffering from high BP to keep their weight balanced and control their eating habits. But not every exercise is considered safe for high BP patients. Some exercises can create dangerous situations for them. They should be avoided. Apart from this, if you feel any problem like headache, dizziness, fatigue or vomiting while doing any exercise, then you should stop that exercise immediately. High BP patients should do any exercise only after consulting a specialist.

    2- If you eat more salt in food, then do not make this mistake from now on. According to WHO, most people consume 9-12 grams of salt per day. But the consumption of excess salt increases the risk of high BP and heart problems as well as weakens the bones. According to WHO, every person should not eat more than 5 grams of salt in a whole day.

    3- Alcohol and smoking are also considered harmful for high BP patients. If you are used to it, then quit this habit today. This habit can increase your problem and lead to life-threatening situations.

    4- Eating excessively greasy and spicy things, eating outside junk food and fast food not only increases your weight, but also increases the level of cholesterol. Weight gain and increased cholesterol, both are believed to be responsible for high BP and heart-related problems. They should be avoided completely.

    5- If you are a patient of high BP then do not be careless in taking medicines as directed by the doctor. It is necessary to take BP medicine regularly, otherwise problems may arise for you. Check your BP regularly and get regular checkups done from time to time in consultation with the specialist.
