However, he will not be staying at the house on Palm Avenue. He and his wife Meera Bhattacharya were kept in a private nursing home on CIT Road, so that they could be kept under the supervision of doctors. At present the condition is physically stable
He is currently on Intermittent BiPAP support. However, slight shortness of breath persists. The problem of dry cough is much more under control than before. According to the medical bulletin that came on Wednesday, the oxygen content in his blood is 98 percent. Recently the amount of oxygen has increased and his blood pressure is also under control.

For the last two-three years, he is eating normally. He also spoke to doctors and hospital staff. Let us inform that on May 16, Buddhadev Bhattacharya was diagnosed with corona infection, but he said that he would not be admitted to the hospital. Due to this, he was being treated at home. Last Tuesday, the oxygen level in his body suddenly dropped. After that he was admitted to the hospital. The doctors told from the beginning that his physical condition is stable. Meanwhile, his wife Meera Bhattacharya had returned home after defeating Corona, but was again admitted to the hospital. The hospital authorities had constituted a 6-member medical board for the treatment of Buddhadev Bhattatarya.
