What is Japanese Towel Exercise?
This exercise was developed over a decade ago by Japanese reflexology and massage specialist Dr. Toshiki Fukutsudji to bring the body into perfect body shape. He claimed that doing this exercise can reduce belly fat. Apart from this, it strengthens the back and also reduces pain. Also, the posture also corrects. According to experts, through this exercise, the accumulated fat around the abdomen can be reduced which increases due to the misplacement of the pelvic muscles.
How to do this exercise
1. To do this exercise, take a towel and mat. Now lie on your back on the mat and spread both the arms and legs away from the body.
2. After this, keep a towel under the waist. After this keep your feet shoulder width apart. Now touch the toes of your feet with each other.
3. Now extend your arms above the head and palms down. Keep in this position for about 5 minutes and slowly bring your body to the normal position while relaxing.
According to experts, it is definitely good to hear about this exercise. But it cannot reduce belly fat in 10 minutes. In fact, no exercise can give results so quickly. Doing this exercise can help in correcting the posture. Apart from this, it also helps in getting rid of the problem of back pain. To get a flat stomach, you have to pay attention to your diet, exercise, sleeping habit and other things.
