Robert says that people make a mistake in judging his age by looking at his face and fitness. People consider him to be 70 years old instead of 90. Robert says that he does stretching exercises daily to stay fit. By doing this the problem of his back remains away. He says that the doctor has asked him to do stretching exercises for at least 4 minutes a day.
