3. Blue Light Damage
Blue light reaches the retina directly from the mobile, causing the eyes to start to deteriorate gradually. It can cause diseases like macular degeneration that occurs with age.
4. Myopia (Myopia or weakening sight)
Excessive use of mobile in children and youth is increasing myelopia. That is, the distant things start to look blurred. In many cases, children get glasses at a young age.
