Due to work from home for a long time, the body posture of people is getting worse. Because of this, they are facing problems of pain in the body, neck and back. The spine of some patients is bent up to 120 degrees. Doctors of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi have made this claim on the basis of conversations with patients coming to the OPD of the hospital in the last one year.
When the doctors talked to about 600 patients who reached the OPD, it was found that they have been working from home for a long time. During this, I have to sit on a chair all day. In the meantime, not taking any more breaks. Nor are they going out for any exercise or walking. His posture has changed due to working from morning till night. He feels inclined forward while walking. There is always a complaint of pain in the back and neck.
More problems seen in youth
According to Dr Vivek Kumar of the Orthopedic Department of AIIMS, in the last one and a half years people did not pay attention to their daily routine. Due to less going out, he did not do any such physical activities so that the body would keep him fit. Due to sitting in one place for a long time, they are facing all this trouble. Especially the problem is being seen the most among young people. Also, there is a lot of effect in children too. Many patients always complain of back pain. At the same time, in some cases the spine is also bent. If these problems are not taken care of, then these problems can last a lifetime. Due to this, people can also get many other diseases.

According to doctors, people sit in the wrong posture for a long time and keep working like this for hours. After some time they get used to this thing and their posture gets spoiled. For this reason, they complain of pain in the back and neck. According to doctors, this problem is being seen the most in the age group of 12 to 32 years.
