Experts recommend taking protein regularly. With this many diseases can be fought and the immune system (Immune System) also gets stronger. ICMR (ICMR) According to this, it is necessary for every person to take at least 48 grams of protein daily, but the amount of protein in the diet of Indians is much less than this. There are four major reasons for the lack of protein in the diet. Let us tell you what are these reasons and how you can include protein in your diet.

Working women and housewives have a protein deficiency of up to 70-80%.

The people of the country use less pulses in food and take more wheat or rice. While pulses are considered a good source of protein. Dieticians say that it is necessary to have pulses in the diet of a vegetarian person. The fourth reason is that people think that protein is present only in non-veg food, whereas it is not so. Plenty of protein is also found in cheese, dry fruits, milk, pulses and green vegetables and peanuts. These things contain enough protein according to the daily requirement of the person.

Taking too much protein is also harmful

There are many disadvantages of not taking protein, but taking more protein is also harmful. Consuming too much protein can lead to kidney stone problems. If a normal adult is taking more than 60 grams of protein daily, then he may also have problems related to liver.
