It is advisable to consume healthy fats like walnuts, almonds, olive oil, mustard oil. As far as possible regular exercise, yoga and pranayama are advised. For adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals, consume fruits and vegetables regularly. To avoid stress, take a small amount of dark chocolate containing 70 percent cocoa. To boost immunity, drink turmeric milk once a day. Most kovid patients do not smell or taste or have difficulty swallowing food.
