yogurt and honey
Yogurt contains prebiotics which helps in reducing itching and burning in the private part. When honey is mixed with curd, it works in two ways. First, honey has anti-inflammatory properties that relieve pain. At the same time, curd contains prebiotics which helps in reducing itching. Apart from this, it helps in correcting the imbalance of bacteria so that you are not prone to yeast and bacterial infections. You can make a mixture of curd and honey and eat it. Apart from this, to get quick results, mix these two things and apply it on the upper part of the private part. This will give you quick relief.
apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is no less than a medicine. There is hardly anything that cannot be treated with ACV. It has anti bacterial and anti fungal properties. ACV helps in reducing itching and burning of the private part. Apart from this, maintains the pH. You can drink a glass of water mixed with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
