Patients who are being admitted to hospitals after being infected with corona are getting flu-like symptoms. Dr. Suresh Kumar, Medical Director of Delhi’s Loknayak Hospital, says that patients coming to the hospital are suffering from cough, cold, fever, sore throat and body ache. Some patients are also facing the problem of tiredness and headache. According to Dr., if a person is seeing all these symptoms, then get the corona tested. Because even if the symptoms are mild in them, they can be isolated, but if they do not get tested, they can spread the infection to the elderly or sick people. This puts them at risk.
peak may come soon
COVID expert Dr. Anshuman Kumar says that cases may increase for a few days now, but there will not be a lot of increase in cases. The peak will come soon and after that the cases will start decreasing, although there is a need to be cautious in view of the increasing cases. Because sub-variants of Omicron are present in many parts of the country, which are rapidly infecting people. People with weak immunity are turning positive again. Although it is a matter of relief that most of the infected are getting flu-like symptoms, but still there is a need to be careful.
Infection is not decreasing in Kerala
There has been some decrease in the positivity rate of corona in Maharashtra and Delhi, but the infection is spreading rapidly in Kerala. The positivity rate of Kerala has gone up to 17,76 percent.
