But he does not understand that if the infection rate does not come down in India, there will be pressure on the health system.

In the last few days, there are reports of doctors and health workers getting infected with corona from many hospitals of the city. Services of Chittaranjan Children’s Hospital have also been affected. It is not possible to keep all services running. According to the report received till Tuesday, 60 students of Calcutta Medical College including 25 doctors and health workers and doctors and junior doctors of North Bengal Medical College are reported to be infected in 72 hours. In three days, 93 people including doctors at the National Medical College were infected with COVID. Many have also been affected by Chittaranjan Seva Sadan and Ahmed Dental College, Uluberia Sub-Divisional Hospital.
