When Hema Malini’s daughter slapped Amrita Rao on the crowded shooting set, this was the reason

Esha Deol slapped Amrita Rao: Many stars work together in the Bollywood industry. The friendship between many stars becomes very good and they become friends for life. But there were some occasions in the industry when there was a clash between the stars. Sometimes someone’s ego came in between and sometimes things got spoiled due to misunderstanding. One such incident was when Hema Malini’s daughter Esha Deol lost her temper and slapped Amrita Rao, the actress of the film Vivaah in a crowded gathering. He also confirmed this later in an interview.

Actually both were working in Indra Kumar’s film Pyare Mohan in the year 2006. During this, both of them got into a fight over some issue. The quarrel escalated and Isha angrily slapped Amrita Rao. Both were shooting for the film and this incident happened on the shooting set itself. While sharing this anecdote, Isha had said that- ‘Amrita was talking indecently in front of the film’s director Indra Kumar and the cameraperson. I could not tolerate his indecent language, so slapped him. During that time this cat fight of Amrita and Isha was very popular. Isha did not regret this because she felt that she was not wrong.

Amrita later apologized

However, later when Amrita Rao realized that she had made a mistake, she also apologized to Esha Deol. Esha Deol had also confirmed that she had forgiven Amrita and now there is no misunderstanding between the two.

The movie was a remake of the American film

Talking about the film Pyare Mohan, this movie was released in the year 2006. Fardeen Khan and Vivek Oberoi were seen opposite Amrita and Isha Deol in this movie. Its screenplay and story was written by Milap Zaveri. This movie was based on the 1989 American film ‘See No Evil, Hear No Evil’. Whatever may have happened at that time, now there is nothing between the two due to which both the actresses have to ignore each other.
