Siddharth Pithani will be charged with sections 28, 29 and 27 on charges of conspiracy in drugs case. Siddharth is one of the first to see Sushant after his death, and he is said to be very close to Sushant. The arrest of Siddharth Pithani seems so certain that a new twist has come in the case. NCB has questioned Siddharth many times before.
Siddharth had told the CBI that he had cut the cloth on the neck of Sushant with a knife and then lied him on the bed. Even after his statement, the NCB has now arrested him. Now once again the NCB will vigorously interrogate Siddharth on the basis of his evidence. Now it may also happen that if new secrets open in Siddharth’s interrogation, then many more names may also open. With this arrest, the Sushant case has not only got a new twist once again, but the hope of justice has also been awakened.
Siddharth was Sushant’s roommate
Sushant’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani was arrested in June last year during the investigation of the same case. It is now being said that NCB was not happy with Siddharth’s answers, so he will be questioned again. The arrest took place just before Sushant’s first death anniversary.
Siddharth had earlier admitted during interrogation that some IT people from Sushant’s house were made to delete the data through electronic devices. It was believed that many important data were deleted from laptops, computers and other devices.
