There was a protest against the song Besharam Rang
Earlier, huge protests were witnessed regarding the film. Protests took place at various places in the country regarding its song Besharam Rang. Deepika Padukone was wearing a saffron colored bikini in the film. Due to this, the sentiments of many Hindu religious organizations were hurt and there was a demand to ban the film. After this the censor board had asked to remove some scenes from the film. 10 scenes were removed from Pathan and after that the protests gradually slowed down.
50 crores in Pathan’s bag even before the release
If we talk about the film, then as much opposition was seen regarding Pathan in the beginning, now there is a tremendous buzz about the film. The movie is set for release on January 25, 2023. The most happy thing for the fans and for Pathan is that this movie will be released in Gujarat without any opposition. Talking about the advance booking of the film, more than 13 lakh tickets were sold in 3 days and Pathan has distributed more than 50 crores even before its release.
