In such a situation, he appeared through video conferencing in the hearing held on Thursday. Now he has to appear personally in the court on April 10 in this matter.
Talking about the case, regarding this contempt case related to the year 2018, the court told Vivek that- ‘We are directing you to appear in court personally. You tell till when you can appear in the court. After this, the court has directed Vivek Agnihotri to appear in the court on the 10th. In this case, Justice Siddharth Mridul is heading the bench while Justice Talwant Singh is the second judge.
