In this recruitment drive of Assam Police, candidates are to be selected for a total of 2649 posts. These include 264 posts of Forester Grade-1, 1226 posts of Forest Guard, 981 posts of AFPF, 36 posts of Driver Constable and 142 posts of Constable Driver.
Qualification & Age
To apply for the post of Forester Grade-1, one must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent. For Forest Guard, it is mandatory to pass Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board or Council. To apply for the post of AFPF Constable, one must have passed HSLC or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
