UPSC NDA 2022 Female Physical Standard: The registration process for UPSC NDA 2022 (UPSC NDA 2022) has started from 22 December, which will run till 11 January 2022. Eligible and interested candidates can register by visiting the official website upsconline.nic.in. This time the examination will be conducted for the recruitment of 400 vacant posts. In this 35 vacancies are for female candidates. The exam is to be conducted on 10th April. Along with passing the written test, it is also necessary to meet the physical standards. Women Defense candidates cannot be selected in the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force if the candidate is not physically and medically fit.
It is advisable for the candidates to not only study hard for the exam but also keep themselves physically and mentally fit through physical exercises to clear the physical and medical tests. The minimum height required for women candidates to enter the Armed Forces is 152 cms.
Gorkhas and candidates belonging to hills of North Eastern Region of India, Garhwal and Kumaon with minimum height of 148 cms will be accepted. For candidates below 18 years of age at the time of examination, an increment allowance of 02 cms will be given. The minimum height requirement for Flying Branch is 163 cms.

The body mass index should be below 25.
Waist to hip ratio should be less than 0.9 for men and 0.8 for women. Waist should be less than 90 cm for male and 80 cm for female. All biochemical metabolic parameters should be within normal limits. Female candidates will be examined by a female medical officer and specialist, in case they are not available, they will be examined by the medical officer in the presence of the female attendant.
