Exam Pattern
The CDS exam will be offline, ie through pen and paper mode. The question paper of Mathematics and General Knowledge will be set bilingually, i.e. in Hindi and in English. All the tests will have objective type questions only. There will be 120 questions in English and General Knowledge sections, while there will be 100 questions in Mathematics section. There is a penalty for every wrong answer. 1/3 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer marked by the candidate. Writing of answers in the examination will not be allowed under any circumstances.
