What did NCERT say?
At the same time, now NCERT has presented a clarification in this regard. In a statement uploaded on the NCERT website, it was said that the council did not give information about some topics in the official list of topics removed from the books. This is because these were ‘minor changes’, for which notification was not issued so that there is no confusion between teachers and students.
It was said in the statement that the information about the changes in each book was given on the website. Along with this, the books were also uploaded on the website in PDF format, while the books were being printed during that time. However, the point to be noted here is that keeping in mind the suggestions of the stakeholders, reprinting of books is a continuous process, which happens every year.
