Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) According to the notification issued by the state government, the preliminary examination was conducted on August 1 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at various examination centers in three districts of the state – Prayagraj, Lucknow and Ghaziabad.

Candidature of 78 candidates canceled
In UPPSC Agriculture Service Main Examination, the candidature of 78 candidates of different posts has been canceled due to incomplete academic records and non-fulfillment of eligibility at the time of examination. Declared results and post wise roll numbers of canceled candidates are available on the Commission’s website uppsc.up.nic.in.
Candidates 13 times the total number of posts are called for the main examination, which is based on the merit of the preliminary examination. There are two question papers in the main examination, first question paper is of Hindi and essay writing which is of 100 marks for which 2 hours time is given. According to the commission’s controller of examination Arvind Kumar Mishra, the date of the interview will be announced later.
