According to the information received regarding UP Tet, till now no information has been given regarding the date of issuing the notification. But it is expected that notification regarding UP TET can be issued anytime.

UP TET is conducted every year by Uttar Pradesh Diploma in Elementary Education, which is a teachers eligibility test. Through this, the qualification of teachers is measured. According to media reports, more than 25 lakh candidates are waiting for the notification to be released. If a candidate wants to get a teacher government job in UP, then it is mandatory for him to pass the UP TET Exam.

UP Tet exam is conducted for those candidates who want to teach students at primary level. UP TET exam is conducted for two types. In this, one is conducted for those candidates, who want to teach students from 1st to 5th class. Whereas, the second is for those candidates who want to teach students from 6th to 8th class.

How many marks is the paper?

Usually the paper of UP TET Exam is of 150 marks. The cut off is different for each category. The minimum age of the candidates should be 18 years to give the UP TET exam, whereas candidates up to the age of 35 years can also apply for it. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwD and Ex-servicemen category will also be given relaxation in upper age limit as per government rules.

Candidates have to note that information like age limit, educational qualification, registration date, exam date will be available in the UP TET 2023 notification.
