JEE Main Exam 2023: A special notification has been issued for the Joint Entrance Exam for admission in the top engineering colleges of the country. First of all, let us tell you that this year JEE Main exam is being conducted in two sessions. The examination of the first session is starting from tomorrow i.e. 24 January 2023. This exam will run till 01 February 2023. Students going to appear in the exam can see the details of JEE Dress Code in the 10 points given below.

JEE Main Dress Code
- Wear slippers or sandals with low heels on the day of JEE Mains exam. Closed shoes are banned.
- Examinees have been asked to wear half T-shirts. Flowers cannot wear sleeveless T-shirts.
- If you wear a specific dress for religious or customary reasons, additional frisking will be done at the exam centre.
- After the Corona period, all the examinations have been asked to wear face masks.
- Candidates are not allowed to carry any electronic device while taking the JEE Main 2023 exam.
- Candidates should avoid wearing jewelery in any way.
- The candidate should wear a simple watch in his hand. They are also not allowed to wear any electronic watch.
- Candidates wearing kada or kirpan for religious reasons will have to report at the examination center one hour before the gate closing time. They can be investigated separately.
- Candidates should not cover their head with cap, scarf etc. Only those who wear special dress for religious reasons can do this.
- Handbags, mobile phones, any type of communication/electronic device etc. are not allowed inside the examination centres.

What to carry to the Exam Center?
student with you JEE Main Admit Card Must take hard copy of. Apart from this, carry one ID proof and one passport size photo. Go wearing a mask and gloves. Candidates must have a transparent water bottle. See official notification for more details.
