Attention students involved in NEET UG 2022 counselling. The National Medical Commission (NMC) has issued an important notice for you. The PDF has been uploaded on the website of National Medical Commission (NMC) nmc.org.in. In this, information has been given regarding MBBS course and Medical Colleges. The commission has given those medical colleges MBBS Admission 2022 Those who were not recognized to run the courses of the new session.
This notification has been issued between NEET Counseling 2022. It reads, ‘It has been decided that the colleges whose recognition and permission for continuance of recognition are pending, should be allowed to take admission in MBBS in the academic session 2022-23. However, this year also these institutes will take admission in medical on the same number of seats as they took in 2021.
Medical colleges who will not be able to take MBBS admission
NMC has also mentioned such colleges in the notification which will not be able to take admission in medical courses in 2022. In this regard it is written, ‘Colleges which have been refused recognition by the Medical Commission for any legal reason, or whose batch has been canceled or admission has been stopped, in the academic year 2022-23. Can’t admit MBBS students too.
MBBS class will start from 15th November
A few days ago, the National Medical Commission had also informed about the commencement of classes for the first batch of MBBS. A new academic calendar of medical courses was released. According to this, the class of MBBS 1st year will start from 15 November 2022 and will run till 15 December 2023. At the same time, the second year class will start from 16 December 2023. This duration of MBBS course will be 13 months/year.

The commission has also directed the medical universities to conduct supplementary examinations within a month and give results within 15 days. Apart from this, biometric attendance system has been implemented in medical colleges, which will be linked with Aadhaar.
NEET UG 2022 counseling round 1 result is scheduled to be released on Friday, October 21. After this, between October 22 and October 28, 2022, you will have to report in the respective college for admission to the allotted seats.
